Message from our Executive Director Donnell Thomas, MS Welcome to Aurum Preparatory Academy! At Aurum Preparatory Academy, we are dedicated to each student’s success because we believe in every student’s ability to learn. Therefore, everything we do is focused on offering a supportive and challenging environment where each student can become competent and confident life-long learners prepared to excel today and beyond. We believe in nurturing a strong sense of belonging for our students. We nurture this sense of belonging by offering small class sizes and innovative programs that ensure each student receives the attention, resources, and tools needed to thrive for the rest of their lives. Our talented teachers are skilled, caring, and passionate about creating inclusive and dynamic learning spaces that make every student feel capable, seen and appreciated. We just happen to offer a strong and robust middle school program that is designed to inspire curiosity, foster critical thinking, and cultivate the skills needed for success in high school, college, and beyond.
